1,How much does it cost?
The cost for an online medical doctor visit is just $49 if you don't have a health plan, if your plan doesn't cover online visits or if you haven't met your plan’s deductible. If your health plan covers these visits, you may only owe the copay or coinsurance amount. Either way, you will always see what you owe before you begin a visit. Please refer to the Pricing tab above for more information on costs. The cost is the same even on nights, weekends, or holidays.
2, How do I know which doctors are in-network for my health plan?
Video visits using LiveHealth Online are a covered benefit for most Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia, Empire Blue Cross and Empire Blue Cross Blue and Shield health plans. If you have a health plan from one of these insurers then the doctors you see using LiveHealth Online are in-network providers.
3,Can my child see a doctor using LiveHealth Online?
Yes. To have a visit for your child, create your own account first and add any children under the age of 18 to your profile when prompted. When you start a visit, you’ll be asked who the visit is for -- from the drop down select the child as the patient for the visit. Any individuals over the age of 18 must have their own account with unique email address, due to privacy and security requirements mandated by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA).
